Long Sweater Trend in Pakistan

The sweater trend this season is gaining immense importance.  A long sweater coat seems to be settling as the Pakistani winter trend and people, irrespective of their age, are inclined towards following this winter trend. You could easily use it as a light-to-medium over coat and carry it with you throughout your chilly season.  A fancy scarf or even handy accessories accompanying your winter trend will add to your fashion declaration.
The best way to show off your sweater trend is to utilize rich and attractive colour schemes. But make sure that the shade selected goes with your wardrobe set for the Pakistani winter trend. Some embroidery or broche will also do for the winter trend on your long sweater.

This Pakistani winter trend has some requirements, the most important one being the length of your sweater. As the name suggests, it has to be long but how long? Firstly, you need to ensure that it is not very equally if the length is till the thighs. Dropping from the ends is preferable. Then, if you want it a few inches below your knees, it is better not to keep the sweater trend closed i.e. should be front-open. But if you are using a full length coat, it will acquire grace once it is closed from the front.
Healthy people should prefer thin sweater trend rather than thick furs as their ultimate winter trend.
Try to keep nominal with your costs. Since many branded shops sell these sweaters for a premium price, you can choose the sweater that is not very heavy i.e. help keep you away from cold and light weight enough that they can be used in early spring as well maintaining the sweater trend for a longer period.
Following are a few sweater trends for you to opt as your season’s style statement:
Naughty knits in sweater trend:
Knitwear is all over the brands carrying its shadows on the Pakistani winter trend. You will find numerous styles and designs as the sweater trend ranging from knee-length to ankle-slip to belt to front-open ones. The paramount for the sweaters is their comfy feel alongside satisfying your winter trend fashionably.
Fur winter trend:
Imagine how mast it will look when you will walk carrying your fur-sweater trend down the street. The fox-fur or cat-tail will lay a luxurious impact on the viewers. You can accompany your presence with accessories such as fur handbags, cheetah earrings or even long boots. This will complete your stunning picture for the winter trend.
Leather sweater trend:
This is going to be a sexy addition to your winter wardrobe collection. Not only will you conquer the cold but will also place sleekness and flirty feel to your winter trend. This can be accompanied with leather skirt and high heels with a simple T-shirt. Also, this Pakistani winter trend can be worn with traditional dresses.

Desperately Seeking Sully ~ Orange Crush

As I look at the window and am greeted with fog, it has suddenly dawned on me that fall has arrived and with fall comes new scents, flavors and a color palette.  And since we are in the month of October (and I did just return from Amsterdam where the color of the country is orange) I decided I should really try to incorporate the color that I despise so much into my wardrobe.

I think the easiest way to incorporate orange for me would be in accessories.  Accessories allow you the luxury of being bold and bright without being too trendy or over the top.  I am loving all these varieties of orange goodies but am most definitely favoring the iPhone cover, as I am about to make the switch from blackberry to iPhone.  It's a little bit edgy, fun, punk and perfect to set me apart from other iPhone users.

While the easy and safe route would be accessories, I would like to own one orange staple item.  However my fair skin and light hair are not complimented by orange.  So the trick is to find the right orange for you!  For me, I veer towards the coral and the red-orange options.  But if you are gonna go full out orange a scarf or shoes would be another great choice.

This fall I am really going to try face my fear of looking like a pumpkin and try out this orange trend.  With options like the ones above I am pretty sure I can't go wrong!  What are your thoughts on orange?
Gung-ho or steer clear?

Gift Guide #2 ~ Give the Gift of Gap & A Giveaway!

Having a hard time finding a present for your brother, niece, co-worker, girlfriend, or self?  I'm pretty sure if you head over to the Gap you will find something for all of the above.  They always have a great selection, affordable prices and incredible savings.  Below are some items I have on my Gap wish list...

Yes I am obsessed with sparkles.  This skirt is totally affordable for under $50 and I can't imagine any girl who wouldn't love to shine in this baby come NYE.

Perfect for that secret Santa gift, this Glitter Wallet will keep your favorite ladies receipts and cards organized but she will look oh so stylish doing so.

Since I was a wee little gal I have been obsessed with pink, and add a little sparkle and you pretty much can't go wrong in my eyes.  Perfect for your mom or sister, this Sequin Wrap Cardi adds a little glamour to whatever she may choose to wear.  In person it is oh so cozy and oh so pretty.

Currently on hold at the Gap in the Grove, these Black Wash Stirrup Legging Jeans are the perfect pant for the holidays as well as boots.  Best part for me is that they are available in three different lengths since no two gals are made the same.  The look of a jean with the feel of leggings, what a wonderful holiday treat.

If you know of a gal with poor circulation in her feet like me, these Faux Fur Slipper Booties are just what the doctor ordered.  I am seriously contemplating buying these for myself as my feet are always SO cold at my parents house during the holidays.  Plus I love the little pom-poms on the side.  Cute and fun and perfect for snuggling by a fire.

'Tis the season to give back and by purchasing this FEED USA Canvas Tote  you aren't only being green, but you are also donating $5 towards food education in schools and America.  Perfect for the gal who always loves to give.

Last but not least, a wicked IKAT Scarf is sure to please just about any lady in your life - perhaps even a design friend who you are just stumped about what to buy.  The colors and finish on this scarf are quality and will go with just about anything.

And guess what my lovely readers....the peeps over at Brand About Town  and the Gap have graciously donated a pair of jeans to one lucky YBB reader.

  • All you have to do is pop over to the Gap, pick out the two items you are wishing for this holiday season.
  • Leave a comment here at YBB sharing your wish lish items.  (Be sure to leave an email address that you can be contacted at should you win)

Happy Wish List Shopping and Good Luck!

Forever Frugal Friday: Cozy Fall

Fall has officially arrived in LA and I have worn a long sleeve cardigan or shirt everyday this week! I have also officially switched over to hot bevies at Sbux (anyone else loving the VIA as much as I am). I have been craving an outfit that I could throw on and feel cozy, but still look cute and somewhat stylish when running Saturday errands and I think this little ensemble might just do the trick.

The leggings are a thicker, sweater material giving the wearer not only more coverage but also a little more warmth. The tank and cardigan offer layering abilities in case the sun peeps out. The bangle is just the accessory needed, since the cardigan is so bold and distracting. Last but not least, these flats provide comfort while looking cute at the same time.

Go on get cozy!!

Forever Frugal Friday ~ Ode to Blair

Is anyone else as excited as I am about Gossip Girl premiering next week? I just adore that show and the characters style is get out of town fantastic. This weeks frugal finds are dedicated to number one bizzo Blair!

Can't you just see our girl Blair sporting this Cafe Peplum Sweater?

Of course it wouldn't be Blair Waldorf style without a fancy headband! This Satin Flower Headband is exactly what Miss Waldorf needs upon entrance into college.

The stylists on Gossip Girl receive many kudos from me, as Blair's wardrobe perfectly mimics her snooty 'tude. I cannot wait to see the ensembles they come up with this year!

You Know You Love Me...XOXO,

Designer Crush: FCUK

My latest designer crush (who's kidding who, I have been crushing for awhile) is French Connection. Whenever I cruise the local Macy's I am continuously drawn to their dresses and designs. Classic styles, and fun colors or details make their clothing popular and lovely. Here are a few of my current faves...

The Bonny Cotton dress would be the perfect summer wedding guest dress. Flirty, current and fun!

TheFast Wizard dress comes in a variety of colors and is the dress that I continue to pick up and try to justify buying. Yes it is just a simple, strapless dress, but the shape is just soo cute!

The Racy dress would be perfect for a summer shower, or day out of the yacht. I love the clean lines, crisp white and contrasting navy squiggles. Throw on some big sunglasses and a hat and you could fully fit in at The Hampton's.

This sexy Sea Silk top would look incredible white white jeans for a dinner date or drinks with the girls. Love the color and love the details in the back!

I am dying to get back to Miami and if I could this year, this Spot the Dot dress would definitely be accompanying me there. Sexy, flirty and floral = one happy traveler!

I am always looking for a casual day dress the doubles work and summer play and this Tomboy Twill dress may just do the trick. Love the bright pop of yellow and button detailing on top.

I have had my eye on this Spring Cotton sweater for sometime. It makes me smile and reminisce about my younger years. As I am pretty sure that I had this exact print or something VERY similar back in 1987 that I wore to death.

Go FCUK yourself!

Forever Frugal Friday

I noticed today, that my work wardrobe is quickly becoming repetitive and in need of a jump start. I think this Striped Bow Front Cardigan is exactly what my closet is begging for. Bold and bright, but still conservative and exactly the look I am going for.

Forever Frugal Friday

As you may have guessed, I am a very girly girl and love anything that sparkles, is pink and has bows. Well guess what...this Dolled Up Cardigan has all of the above. Cute for work, great with jeans and perfect for those upcoming holiday dinner, lunches or other outings you may have ahead of you.

Looking cute...done and done, and might I add that Blair Waldorf would definitely sport this cardigan if she shopped at Forever 21 and not Bergdorf's.

Forever Frugal Friday: Office Style

It was a sunny, warm and lovely day (minus the smog) day in LA today and all I wanted to wear was a cute outfit like the ensemble above.

The Belted Ruffle Front Dress in purple is a fun addition to the beige decor that surrounds me each day, and the navy Cashmere Blend Open Cardigan allows me to pop over across the street and grab some drinks, without getting too chilly. Last but not least to add a little preppy-ness to the outfit I would sport this Grosgrain Ribbon Headband.

Cute and classy, perfect for work!
