In the summer months ahead, it is always nice to pull your hair back and protect your scalp from those burning rays.  Whether you are tying it back in a pony, covering it up with a hat or pulling back the bangs with a headband we all want to look stylish while doing so.  These nifty head goodies will make sure you are protected as well looking pretty. 

Forever Frugal Friday {Saturday Edition}

This past week my girlfriends and I have been discussing boat shoes and how cute we think they are.  While I love the idea of them, I am not sure if I think they are necessarily for me.  However if I were to get a pair I would most likely snag these goldies. 

Last time I went sailing the captain laughed at me for wearing my gold TOM's and commented that they were not seaworthy.  However, these little puppies are most definitely seaworthy and stylish.

Balmain Fall 2010 RTW

In anticipation of Sunday night glamour, I browsed a few collections over at NY Magazine and was blown away with the Balmain collection of shimmering gold which made me think of that lovely gold statue all will be vying for. The suits, the cocktail dresses, the gowns - just lovely!

This was the initial piece that caught my eye. The beautiful neckline looks like she is just dripping in gold.

This little number is perfect for Los Angeles and rooting on the awesome Lakers!

My favorite look however is this sexy dress with bold shoulders and tons of glamour.

I haven't had a chance to look through the rest of the Fall 2010 RTW collections, any that I must see? Any that I should just avoid? What are your favorite collections?

I never thought these words would come out of my mouth, but I am desperately lusting after a pair of *gulp* Paris Hilton shoes! This past weekend, one of the sisters of the bride was wearing these fan-friggin-tatic pumps. The perfect shade of gold, an incredible heel and a pink under carriage to boot. I was sold....until she mentioned they were buy none other than Paris Hilton!

I have been on the hunt for perfect new gold heels for some time now and these puppies are EXACTLY what I am looking for. Only problem now is I can't find them any where in a size 6! However if you are a size 7 click here to purchase you lucky lady you.

Can I just admit that I am still a little freaked out by myself for adoring these shoes so (and believe me this picture does not do them justice)???
