Happy 1st day of Spring! I am excited to share this pretty Garden Bloom Chiffon Top as the pick of the week. Floral prints are all the rage this spring and sometimes it is a little difficult to pull the look off without looking like a character off Little House on the Prairie.The key to wearing this look everyday is to keep it simple.
